Poor Senior Management, No Communication
Senior/Upper Management is a BIG problem with this company, and HR does absolutely nothing about it.
Unless you are "in tight" with Senior Management or you have family very well known in the community, or personally known by Senior Management, you do not get promoted within. For the most part, Senior Management picks people they personally know outside - more ... of the company to fill positions that are higher than a Teller position.
Training is not very good. No well established training program.
No communication at all
Hours aren't bad and you do get holidays off. - less
ProsHours are good, holidays off, birthdays off if you're non-exempt.
ConsLow pay compared to other banks in the area, You do not advance unless in tight with management, no communication within the company..
