Very toxic workplace
Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Charles Town, WV 25414November 10, 2017
Pay is very poor and not comparable at all. Very little training, if trained it's not thorough. If you make a mistake they question why you didn't look at your Standard of Procedures. Expected to be willing to do multiple people's jobs without compensation. Management definitely has favorites and treats you awful if you're not a favorite. They look out for themselves.

Very bad company to work for. You basically figure out how to do your job on your own, no professional training or processes. Management is unethical.
