Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – West Virginia – April 14, 2018
Senior/Upper Management is a BIG problem with this company, and HR does absolutely nothing about it. Unless you are "in tight" with Senior Management or you have family very well known in the community, or personally known by Senior Management, you do not get promoted within. For the most part, Senior Management picks people they personally know outside of the company to fill positions that are higher than a Teller position. Training is not very good. No well established training program. No communication at all Hours aren't bad and you do get holidays off.
Hours are good, holidays off, birthdays off if you're non-exempt.
Low pay compared to other banks in the area, You do not advance unless in tight with management, no communication within the company..
Teller (Former Employee) – Charles Town, WV – March 10, 2019
Would not recommend working here if you plan on wanting advancement in the company. The pay is very low compared to the competing banks. There is always people being hired and that should say something to the company. Management is not good.
Paid time off that is accumulated throughout the year
Teller (Former Employee) – Charles Town, WV – October 6, 2018
You'll only receive 4 days off a month with an occasional holiday. You've been warned. Low pay and benefits. Low pay and benefits relative to the industry. Poor on-boarding and training. Incredibly high turnover. Inexperienced management. Truly poor health insurance package.
This is a small bank with a handful of branches yet they're aggressively hiring all of the time on indeed. So either they're rolling in fortunes or they have institutional problems that effect retention. Take your gamble.
