Pay is very poor and not comparable at all. Very little training, if trained it's not thorough. If you make a mistake they question why you didn't look at your Standard of Procedures. Expected to be willing to do multiple people's jobs without compensation. Management definitely has favorites and treats you awful if you're not a favorite. They look out for themselves.

Would not recommend working here if you plan on wanting advancement in the company. The pay is very low compared to the competing banks. There is always people being hired and that should say something to the company. Management is not good.

You'll only receive 4 days off a month with an occasional holiday. You've been warned. Low pay and benefits. Low pay and benefits relative to the industry. Poor on-boarding and training. Incredibly high turnover. Inexperienced management. Truly poor health insurance package.
This is a small bank with a handful of branches yet they're aggressively hiring all of the time on indeed. So either they're rolling in fortunes or they have institutional problems that effect retention. Take your gamble.
