Having worked as a contract employee for many investment banks, this was the only bank where I saw people who stayed for the duration of their career. Many people came in as high school students thru the co-opt programs. Overall, everyone is nice, much attention is paid to culture, managers can be very strict.
ProsVery nice, quiet, stable environment
ConsManagers can treat people like children
