Working hours consist of 8 hours, however, the branch is consistently short staffed so lunch break is not taken.

I am not happy to go to work every day, when I first started with this company, I felt that they cared about the employees, today, I no longer think this, it's all about what the company can get out of the customers, pushing products.

What is the most stressful part about working at BankUnited?

I believe that the most stressful part of working in my position at BankUnited is QA, every account we open has to be reviewed and we have to get an overall 9o% or above. We have to achieve this, while also taking care of customers, interruptions, phone calls, it is a juggling situration.

Quite frankly, there are so many positives beyond a comparable-sized institution. Great benefits, onsite gym, onsite cafe, free parking. Amazing place to work.
