Allow all employees on going trainjng and advancement opportunities. Place employees in job positions they are best suited. Be open to allow staff to explore other job position opportunoties to avoid job burn out in current positions. Assist staff in accomplishing job tasks and assist clients as needed. Create as positive of a work environment as possible since happy employees are productive employees. Make sure all employees know that they matter and that their role in the company is important.
