Bullying by upper management is at it's worse. You can report it, they will blackball you (even if you're found to be correct) and your career is over. HR will not help either, for any reason and they will retaliate. Several managers have even said "it's your word against mine, you'll never win" or "just drop it". Idk how Banner has not had a "fake employee" on the inside to investigate yet. Look at all of the bullying complaints. I hope someday karma comes for all the patients and staff they've wronged. I didn't go into the medical field to make people suffer.

I see bullying mentioned at the management and HR level too many times to count. Banner replies with "we take comments like these seriously" obviously you don't if there are 753 of them, yes 753! I counted. Stop ruining careers and be fair, stand behind your staff. When an employee says they're bullied take it seriously instead of retaliation and causing severe anxiety for that person. I even know someone that was with Banner for 17 years. Never once got in trouble. Called to her managers office, alone, and screamed at for following the instructions of another manager. He went to HR who said he was full of it, she wrote him up the next week. He decided to leave but ensured there was no such thing as "non-rehirable" which he was assured didn't exist. His CM gave him a great exit interview as well. Guess who is not rehirable?? Yet HR keeps saying there's nothing negative in his file but refuses to answer him when he asks for a file review. These are not practices I hear complaints about with Dignity, MIHS or even Abrazo. Everyone knows stay at Banner for 1 year then leave or you will be ran out. The meaner a person is the faster they get into management. The more complaints they just get moved. Wake up Banner!! When The Union comes what will you do then? Yes your threatening of firing of your staff will only work for so long. Too many people have been gouged to not vote union thanks to you guys.

Stop the high school cliques and run PROFESSIONAL departments. Acknowledge everyone’s contribution to the mission. STOP CARING MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE PATIENTS!!!

Forever! Took me over a month after I was hired to start! Had already put in my 2 weeks at my job and was jobless for almost a month, was out looking for other jobs when they finally called

Usually once a year but if management dont like you, your raise will me zero to maybe a few cents! I got a $1.15 raise once & right before pay period ended they took it away! How does that even happen!? Called HR 3xs even showed them proof & asked why......guess what I never recieved a call back! What's the use of HR if they cant do their job?
