Actually listen to the people that do the job. there are fake meetings where you pretend to listen but dont really. i know you cant make everyone happy but when you have entire depts upset maybe its management and not the staff! HR is a joke. they are for management and the company not the employee. dont go to them or you will be the next target. they only use the rules when they need to get rid of someone. horrible to work in pfs right now!

Awful. management is horrible and micromanaging. at least in pfs. continual turnover due to lack of training by anyone who has any knowledge. senior leads with no knowledge only ego and favorite little tattlers to the bosses. its more like a call center so if you like that then banner is the place for you!
