Hire and train-no one will get experience unless mentored...given a chance to have the right person vs. not being a great fit.
Better Pay and Raises. Treat Everyone the same. Make the workload even. Stop employees from sitting around all day on their phones doing nothing and getting paid (stealing from the company by getting paid to do nothing All day). Longer lunch breaks. Stop the Favouritism.

Actually listen to the people that do the job. there are fake meetings where you pretend to listen but dont really. i know you cant make everyone happy but when you have entire depts upset maybe its management and not the staff! HR is a joke. they are for management and the company not the employee. dont go to them or you will be the next target. they only use the rules when they need to get rid of someone. horrible to work in pfs right now!
