The company culture must be changed. Their main focus is on the bottom line. Focus must be placed on the employee as they are their most valuable resource. Constant turnover costs the company money and causes dissatisfaction among staff that are always training new hires. Start focusing on employees, which in turn will increase the bottom line.

If I was in charge, I would still want to be involved in bed side patient care to full understand changes that would fit the current nursing work flow of day to day patient care.
