I would suggest a management house cleaning in pfs. they are all one click and you can only get promoted if you are their pet or relative. truly we had a director that hired her sons friend with no experience and then told a coworker that she could not hire her daughter because she had no experience.

Improve financial compensation to 21st century standards. I am forced out of my Banner employment to work elsewhere because I cannot meet basic utility costs at home!

The workload to very demanding. No one tells you what to do, you have to figure everything out for yourself. It would be great to have extensive training provided.

Better training. Have all work equipment and programs available.
Introduce new staff, so they feel welcome and want to be there

Be polite to the new staff acknowledge them. Your the boss you have to set the tone. Otherwise we wonder how got this job
