Weed out all those who seek to keep trouble going in their departments along with those who use their positions to strong arm others into following a path that would cause stress or fear of job loss to anyone who complies with policy or does a job well done. But is disliked because of it. In most jobs women are the number one cause of most of the confusion going on in the work place today because of personal issues being brought to work instead of seeking help for their issues and a small percent of men as well. mobbing in the work place must not be allowed period all should have the right to work in a safe place and not be harrassed by managment or staff.All infomation should be kept private period.bottom line to all everyone must beheld to a standard.
