It was a very nice place to work at and they where always able to work around you schedule
I enjoyed working with my patients at the baptist home. I also learnt a lot of things like quality care, cirlcle of care and team work, I enrolled in my first 401k at the baptist homes which taught me how to save for the future, my managers where very helpful in my field of work.
The baptist homes was already able to lend you money for work uniforms and pay for education
The maternity leave was too short
