Very bias, this company does not back the employees and does not promote culture of safety. They have the mind set of a nurse is a nurse and can work in any department

For Full-time, Exempt staff, there is no sick bank. All sick and vacation days come out of the PTO bank. This is separate from the Sick Pay Benefit where you will be off for surgery, injury, etc.

For full-time, exempt employees, PTO is not sufficient nor competitive with other healthcare organizations. 22 days PTO for new hires and holidays come out of that bank.

There is a no rehire list but only for the ppl who quite without probable cause. Like you can put in your 2 weeks and be in the clear from not ever being called back
