Just be a hard worker. If you're accurate never tardy and surpass goals it can affect your yearly raise greatly.
Employees may not like it if you surpass their production but you're there for a job not to make friends. As long as you are not tardy all the time meet your goals and don't make too many errors follow the policies your job security is safe.
