As part of management team I would stay until projects for the day are complete
Terrible. They say you’ll get 30/wk and you will for the first 2 weeks then you get up to 20 hours a week if you’re lucky.
The hours are straight trash. I’m lucky to be able to work 3 days a week. Most weeks I work 2 days which has left me looking for another job.
8 hour shifts with 30 minutes lunch and two ten minute breaks.
Kinda trash. At best they'll generally give you 5hrs at a time because they don't want you to go even a minute over 6hrs in a shift without an unpaid 30min lunch. But they also don't want to schedule you for 7+hrs so you'd be okay with taking one
My hours are nonsensical, honestly. As a hardlines lead I should be working mornings in order to make sure the freight is put out and aisles are reworked while it is happening but I'm always closing because of lack of staff. There seems to be no work/life balance for those with families if you are FT.
On average I work 8 hours a day 40 hours a week

Decent. The store could open before 10am and stay open past 8pm.
