Hours will vary depending on department and whether we are in a busy season or not. We’re always thankful for team members who go above and beyond their normal hours. For our sales team, above and beyond may mean putting in a long day when a flight gets cancelled or meeting rescheduled, but that certainly isn’t the norm or a daily expectation. For our manufacturing team, peak busy season may result in an average of 5-10 hours of paid overtime each week. Depending on the nature of the position, we strive to provide as much flexibility as we can including flexible hours and work-from-home opportunities. As a family owned business, we understand and value the importance of a good work/life balance.
