Disability?...probably not, but you'll be limited to the roles you can do. They are making sure all their employees are able to perform all tasks (i.e. cashiering, book selling, receiving, shelving, projects, cafe). If you cannot bend over - no receiving or projects or shelving. If you are wheelchair bound, same thing and probably no cashiering or cafe since they are probably not wheelchair accessible. As long as you know your books, subjects, and are able to sell, you'll do fine.
