Its almost always minimum wage depending on your state and city. you only get raises once a year during your performance review. if you are amazing you get a .50 cent raise everyone else gets .25 cents. so dont expect much, usually the people who work here are in it for the love of bookselling.

Awful all around. Lots of "new" things purchased such as displays, gimmicks, etc. to draw in business but the booksellers get NOTHING out of it.
