Totally depends on your store and coworkers. at my location they went by super quick because we were a multi leveled store so you were always running around and helping people. if you are a bookseller or lead working a full 8 hours you get two 15 min breaks and a 30min lunch. Managers get two 15min breaks and a 45min lunch, though they have longer shifts.

Answered

You have mid shift which usually are from 12-8
closing shifts are from 4-10 or 4-11 depending when your store closes

Answered

It depends. It can start as early as 2pm and run to 9:30pm or start as late as 5:30 and run to 9:30.

Answered

We use an app called Dayforce where workers can communicate and submit requests for shift changes, time off, etc. Specific details vary from store to store.
