Paga muy miserable
La verdad es que pagan una miseria comparados con otras compañias que hacen el mismo trabajo. Creo que lo recomendable es trabajar 2 años y luego ir a otra compañia, como Preply

Es una empresa muy organizada, pero demasiado burocrática. Tienen algunos beneficios de trabajo estable como cobertura de inasistencias por razones médicas, y vacaciones pagas, pero el suelo es muy bajo en relación a lo que pagan otras empresas.

They help you grow and improve your skills by giving you free courses and it is a very friendly and inclusive environment. It's also a fun work cause you get to meet a lot of people from all over the world and they become your friends and some of the classes can be just conversational so it is a very relaxed environment.
