Worked for Bashas' for ten years. The morale at my store decreased after the first few years. Work load and demandsbecame very unreasonable. Expectations became increasingly unrealistic. Management always wanted more from the employees, but never offered any help; turnover was high at this store.

It was great to work there. I love meeting new people & I love talking to people. So I have really good communication skills. It was very clean constantly. I loved to offer help when needed to other co workers. It has been replaced by a different store as of last year I believe in 2015.
