It's going down the drain; they're running it more like a business, expanding when they should be focusing on their current schools, stop hiring unqualified teaching fellows, allow their current staff room for advancement, and train their current managers to be a team player and not use an associate Vice President as their lackey.

Beautiful campus, tons of resources, and nice conditions. Culture is going down the drain with the current managers as they don't care about their staff. Several AVP's (associate vice presidents) have said that they cannot give raises to staff members because the teachers *have to be paid more because of Red for Ed*--that is not the staffs fault.
