Ice Cream Scooper/Cashier (Former Employee) - Redwood City, CA - August 20, 2022
Honestly, this company is fine if you just need to make some money, but if you want real job advancement (Starbucks, for example), then I would opt for a different company. It just wasn't a very satisfying job. My boss was pretty friendly, but was a bit on-edge all the time.
Pros
Very little requirements to work here.
Cons
Pay low, no real benefits, sporadic schedule, and not enough hours.

Fun first job
Ice Cream Scooper/Cashier (Former Employee) - Tennessee - June 21, 2021
Had great fun working with my colleagues; we made it fun. Management was a joke. They paid less than minimum wage; probably reporting that we got tips like servers--and they only paid us for 1-hour past close, but we had to stay until entire store was cleaned and closed--cheapskates!!!Gave them school schedule, told them couldn't work those hours; they scheduled me to work those hours! We were also scheduled to work 8-hour shifts with no breaks, no lunch break. Between colleagues, we found a way!

Free ice cream
Ice Cream Scooper (Former Employee) - California City, CA - November 30, 2020
Pretty good ice cream but once you see how the edges of the ice cream tubes are cleaned you'll barf. Decent pay, some training in ice-cream scooping.
