Nursing management. They are falling all over themselves and none of them know what they're doing. You get a different answer depending on who you ask, Yes, we have a nurse director, manager and supervisor but not enough nursing staff for our clinic. Our nurse manager (not sure what she even does) is always on her cell phone. Must be nurse managers get paid to talk and be on their phone and know nothing while we run around and try to take care of our patients. All of us nurses feel the same way, no matter who you ask. Bassett is going to have big problems if they don't wake up. There are so many of us that are looking for another job.

Look at nursing in the clinics. They have a ton of management that don't know what they're doing, sit around and talk and are on their cell phones constantly, come in late, leave early, but not enough nurses that actually do the work and take care of our patients.Isn't that what were supposed to worry about? The patients. Less management, more working nurses.
