Get less management in the region. Ridiculous how much management but not enough nursing staff. No one seems to know what they're doing anyway, always one their phone, always leaving early. The company will fold if its not addressed.

Always short staffed. Really bad nursing management. Really bad. Worked in the region near Schoharie and it was ridiculous.

Everyone keeps talking about how poor management is, especially in the outlying clinics. I hear that management is so top heavy that they actually trip over each other and that no one seems to know what they're doing, My best friend and I were considering applying since we graduate this year but we both would rather drive further to work at a better place. They used to have a good rep but not anymore.

Be prepared for a long interview process. Seems like HR is actually trying to do great work to service our organization but managers/department is where it is getting held up from my experiences when interviewing for other positions within Bassett. I would call and ask for a status update and HR would inform me that the managers were still reviewing apps.
