We are a leading, multi-category consumer goods business. Our purpose is to build A Better Tomorrow™. How? By reducing the health impact of our business. That includes committing to providing adult consumers with a wide range of products that are enjoyable, while carrying less risk than continuing to smoke cigarettes. Our strong foundations, together with our capacity for cutting-edge innovation, are a platform for us to build more sustainable products for our consumers, and a more sustainable business for our colleagues, shareholders and communities.
We’ve been around a long time – since 1902 in fact – and have evolved into one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. We are encouraged by and proud of the progress we are making. And we are excited about what the future has in store as we continue to accelerate the transformation of our business. We’re investing billions in R&D, rolling out new products to new markets and transforming ourselves rapidly.
We have a long and proud history of sustainability achievements, but today we are transitioning from being a business where sustainability has always been important to one where it is front and centre in all that we do. Over the past 20 years, we’ve made significant progress on our sustainability journey, as reflected by our presence in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) for 20 consecutive years and the other notable independent recognition we have received.
Creating A Better Tomorrow™ starts with being more inclusive today. By including everyone and getting excited about different perspectives, we make way for out-of-this-world thinking. Diversity of thought will give us the edge we need to reinvent our products, our business and reshape the consumer experience. As a member of our team, you’ll join an exceptional workplace, collaborating across borders with colleagues from multiple disciplines to evolve our business in one of the most dynamic phases of our history.

BAT absolutely dismantled a high performing culture at Reynolds. The Reynolds team was focused and flourished in the trade. Now everyone is demoralized by BAT’s management. Customers have lost respect for our company, it’s brands and it’s people.
Company has given me a lot of personal growth opportunities in Finance and other functions and currently the share service is growing significantly and tries to keep benefits above market average
