Depends on position and what you get for work. Office staff have set schedules. Installers start at 7 and end when their install or service work is complete for the day. Depending on the install you get it could take as little as 3 hours and as long as ten. Starting out the installs will take longer and as you get used to it they will become shorter. Sales people set their schedules but their day is dependent on what's available for sales consultations and such.
