Clinical Supervisor in Baton Rouge, LA

Don’t work there! Pay is low and demands are high. Gossiping by leadership and unprofessional behavior. Line staff position might be better. Not much else I want to say.
Office Manager in Baton Rouge, LA

Clinic Director was TERRIBLE! Very rude, disrespectful, antagonist, sarcastic just to name a few things. The clinic doesn’t keep management for too long. Not because the work is too hard, but because leadership is so bad! You’re given little to no training or guidance but are expected to perform and exceed expectations all within an 8-hour day (being pulled in so many directions that you have to focus on more than just your job duties) The clinic culture is just as bad as the patients they serve. Sometimes you can’t tell the difference between the patients and the employees-by the way they dress and the way they behave. On any given day, there’s someone fighting in the parking lot, selling their medicine or buying/selling other illicit drugs! Parking is terrible-so bad that the companies on both sides of the clinic have threatened to or have called the authorities because patients park and loiter on their property. You can’t go to the directors superior because they’re best friends! I like my leader to lead by example, but I refused to follow THAT leader because she doesn’t know the difference between being a good leader and being a dictator! As long as Schantee Sales is the Clinic Director, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE APPLYING OR WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY!!!
CIT in Baton Rouge, LA

Awful place to work for! Bad company with get good leadership there may be a change. Turn over rate of leadership has been ridiculous and each one worse than the last. There are cliques in the office. Hard workers do not get the respect for going the extra mile. This particular location is the black hole of the organization. The patients are not treated with respect. Raises. You can work off the clockNoComphasorganizedd at every level and lastly employees are allowed to work off the clock
CIT / Counselor in Baton Rouge, LA
on August 2, 2019
Good place for CIT to start career. Pay is two low. Below national average. Hours are 5 am to 12 pm. Need to get up early. Documentation is duplicated paper charts and electronic. Not a bad place to work could be better.
