What is a typical day like for you at Bausch Health?

  • Lots of stress and anxiety. Lots of intimidation from senior management ( directors).

  • Start at 6:30 am, get pick list, scan list, drive stand-up forklift to specified places fulfilling orders. Once order is filled take pallet to wrapping station. Drop it off, get another pick and do it all over again.

    You do this for 8 hrs minus breaks which are 15, 30, 15.

  • Straight forward

  • Endless phone calls with angry consumers

  • Boring, on 3td shift your either putting away boxes with contact lenses in them on shelves. Or your picking orders
