Not a team effort there at all. Cut throats is an understatement. Quantity not quality for sure. HR shouldn't even be there. Just try to look pretty and get paid.

Got terminated after being out 6 months and going on long term disability. After work 30 yrs and being told that you haven't earn any of your pto days. I was on short term disability since December. Before I tore my acl and had to have acl reconstruction surgery I was hardly ever out of work. I put my heart into my job as a Production tech 1. I knew my job well because I had been on the same job 16 yrs. Feeling disappointed.

In the Baxter old staff didn’t want some new person good working and complete production .some one do it old staf making problems when new employee questions the old staff have complaint .this person behaviour not good.

Hateful handlers and supervisors. Very cut throat. People will try to get you fired for no reason. Hard place to feel important or a part of something unless you're a handler or a butt kisser.
