What advice would you give the CEO of Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. about how to improve it?
The program managers/directors should be transfer on yearly and staff that has stayed in a program for 2-3 years should be transfer too. Some managers are so corrupt. When shifts are vacant they don't notified the management (HR) because some deals are done by the managers and staff who help in scheduling. When some corrupt managers see a staff as a threat they look for away to either frustrate the staff or push him or her out. The company believes too much on the Program managers.
Easy. you apply and they call you in. Most hiring managers are absurdly slow in getting back to people, so you'll need to reach out to them.
I don’t think there is much of a future. They cared more about the clients more than the employees who worked hard and dealt with everything going on in the program.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. a better place to work?
I would standardize services across the agency and allow for pay raises to the direct support professionals.
