I have been with Bayada for about 4yrs the pay is not that great. I will be receiving a .75 raise this week, I received a payroll advance this month but $10.75 is not enough considering other companies pay $12 and more. PTO takes forever to accumulate. My pay is not even $500 weekly it's just not enough.

The pay is awful ! As an RN I could come home with only 800 after taxes. For Charlotte NC thatโ€™s hardly enough to live off of

I have been with Bayada for 8 yrs. No increase till this year of 50 cents. Over 30 yrs exp. I'm a seasoned nurse and exp. With trach/vent. Drive an hour to make 23.50 to my client. I put wear and tair on my car no payback on gas mileage. No lunchtime, you fit it in when you can. Most of the time clients rooms are hot do to their medical condition.

Pay is horrible! RN's make $23.50 maybe a little more up to $26/hr, depending on the case. No pay raises ever. Unfortunately, Bayada doesn't feel there is need to provide a pay raise to their dedicated employees.

The pay is pretty good. My office offers $24/hr for basic cases & $28/hr for trach/vent cases for LPNโ€™s & for an RN they offer $30/hr flat. They also have a small differential for overnight about $1 more an hour or so I believe.

The lowest I get paid is $26 hr as an LPN so it is competive. I also agree the basic care is not so basic and it would be helpful to have shift or weekend differential
