Be honest and personable.
Pay for time driving from the office to homes and to and from subsequent visits. It's law

A job that you love is great, watching your clients thrive with expert care but... there is no financial incentive. I have the exact same benefits I began with in 2012. The is a yearly review but even with top scores no raise incentive. The clients are the only reason to stay with such a company, and eventually they are discharged.

Do what they preach. Management in NJ is not connected to the offices or us who work with the patients. Top down management.

You promised people work and then they get there and there's only two or three hours or just weekends and you go through orientation and then when you finish everything there's no work that's what the upset is with this company for me

Have Employee relations visit local offices, to make sure workers are treated fairly and that everyone is following guidelines and ethics of the Bayada way.
