Have the people no chance make. 18.00. And CNA 25.00 an hour they both work hard the other is just a title.

Stop posting jobs for particular cases that are not on board yet just to get more people hired, nurses, cna's we all have bills to pay, and it would be nice to have the hours that we were hired for

Let the owner make non scheduled visits to all offices so that they can meet with all field staff at that location.
Let the field staff come in and have a one on one meeting with them to give them there feelings about how they liked working for the company.

I think bayada should pay mileage , shift differences and an affrd bonus if staff take a case in an emergency situation z (last minute).
