What interview process?! Internal candidates are told if they qualify for a position they have to be interviewed except no one follows that rule.

When I applied in 1983 Baycare did not exist, I interviewed for St Anthony's HHC which was a family-like atmosphere. There were 4 or five management changes with sharing services with other HHC agencies until we finally merged into Baycare. I preferred the "family feel" to the corporate rules and regulations.
