If you're applying for a PCT position, keep away unless you're planning on using them to pay for further education.
It's an organization that requires you to do skills most hospitals ONLY allow RNs to perform, at CNA pay...

Run. This is a terrible company. If you don't fall in line, you'll be gone. They'd rather keep unproductive "yes" men than hard workers. Also, if you work hard prepare for 11 hour days, while that "yes" men put in maybe 7 hours.
