I submitted resume and cover letter directly through website bayer.com. Also, asked for Bayer referral.
I got my interview via Glassdoor.com, but most people (from what I've learned) get theirs by knowing someone in the company.

No interview. However there was a session where we learned everything we needed to know before working in the fields.
