What is the best part of working at the company?The people who work there are awesome. Everyone is willing to help the new person. Felt like I had worked there longer than a year. Wish I still worked there.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Stress level was very low.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It's very casual, but a great work-life balance. Highly educated people work there.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Typical day is a team meeting for a couple hours, managing calendars, making travel reservations, produce expense reports, just to name a few.

Work life balance os important at Bayer
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) - Durham, NC - October 2, 2019
Great place to work. Very laid back and everyone is helpful. People retire from companies like this. No micromanaging but managers are available when needed. Coworkers are nice and everyone pretty much minds their business and gets their work done.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Former Employee) - Pittsburgh, PA - June 3, 2019
I went through a Temp Agency to get this Admin position and it would have been Temporary for many years without benefits. I would have had to work there for numerous years before being hired Full Time so I had to look for another job that offered Full Time employment with full Benefits.
