There are so many people who need jobs, yet for some reason the healthcare field hires less and asks employees to take on more. PT care is lacking b/c of overworked staff. Staff feels uncared for and thus cannot feel proud for the work that they strive to accomplish. Patient care has really gone downhill in the US! Managers complain about overtime but expect you to take on the job of three people...work never gets accomplished, morale goes down. Staff gives up and quits. THIS IS HAPPENING EVERYWHERE. There is no good place to work anymore!
