Management is TRASH!!!!They need to start completely over. No incentives, No raise in 3 years. Unable to move within the company. Some of management play favoritism.

I have enjoyed my work at BCM and found it quite rewarding and learned a lot. No job is perfect but the patient population is great and I enjoy being part of a leading academic institution.

**Work load and support depends strictly on your department **For me personally, I am bored with what I do. Studies are given to people who have been there longer which leaves the small, annoying tasks like answering phone calls and reviewing apps to other people. I feel underworked, more like a receptionist and am not gaining enough experience to move on.
