I worked as a social work intern there for five months. The coworkers were great. Management was fair but the caseload was a little bit too much......

Management is TRASH!!!!They need to start completely over. No incentives, No raise in 3 years. Unable to move within the company. Some of management play favoritism.
Psychiatry Resident in Houston, TX

I have enjoyed my work at BCM and found it quite rewarding and learned a lot. No job is perfect but the patient population is great and I enjoy being part of a leading academic institution.
Research Coordinator II in Houston, TX
on July 15, 2021
**Work load and support depends strictly on your department **For me personally, I am bored with what I do. Studies are given to people who have been there longer which leaves the small, annoying tasks like answering phone calls and reviewing apps to other people. I feel underworked, more like a receptionist and am not gaining enough experience to move on.

Great place to work and develop your career. Many opportunities with supportive managers. They give you the opportunity to learn anything that interests you.
