Friendly
They have a strong emphasis for staff on being friendly and helpful to coworkers, ancillary staff and definitely patients and their families. It has been 10 years since I worked at this facility, but I still use much of what they taught me to this day.

Tech innovative Healthcare system
Fun place to work if you end up with the right team. In terms of IT, the company is very innovative and forward thinking, however some departments such as Finance are resistant to change, resulting in slowdown in system roll-outs

The job wasn’t a good fit for me but the clinical team was great! Great teamwork on the unit and good cohesiveness. The orientation program was excellent.

Fun work place
Depending on the clinic you work at, it is a great company to work for. My boss is great and very outgoing, so is the rest of them and the entire front office gets along very well.
