company merged, lost the family feel that we'd been a part of
Written by Computer Operator (Former Employee) from Fort Worth, TX on June 19, 2018
Nothing is so certain as change. When Baylor merged with All Saints, things at All Saints quickly became almost hostile if you did not have RN after your name. The support staff was slowly but surely weeded out and new blood brought in. The feeling was that there was resistance to change at this campus. Most felt we were never given the chance to change.
ProsFamily group feeling before Baylor merge, great benefits, and comradery
ConsLoss of family feeling after merge
