All they care about is advertising as "The Best" and being the "The first to have..." and "The first to get...". It is repeated over and over at new hire orientation, "The best."
If patient care were the concern, Access wouldn't be magnified in collecting money, they would be magnified in patient care; no matter what they say, they AREN"T about the patient care, they are about COLLECTING MONEY until there is a complaint and they blame the employee they badger and threaten to collect (or face termination).
