Reviews for Physician in Baylor Scott & White Health
Pretty decent
Physician (Former Employee) - Temple, TX - November 23, 2021
middle of the road as far as hospitals go, decent pay, benefits are somewhat lacking. Environment is good depending on the department and such. Pretty good overall.

Big organization
Resident Physician (Current Employee) - Temple, TX - January 15, 2020
Big organization with many small subcultures within their departments. Your experience can be highly variable dependent on which department you're at.

difficult to balance work and life here
Physician (Former Employee) - Frisco, TX - April 25, 2017
If you join BSW, you will learn a lot about patient care in a large hospital system. The patients are great however the demands placed on the providers with the advent of more indepth EMRs and insurance regulations are unreasonable and cannot be maintained for the long haul.
Pros
Strong work ethic encouraged and expected
Cons
Too top heavy to provide the care patients need.
