It takes about two weeks to get hired at this job because it takes a little longer for a background check to come back. Everything else is done in a timely manner.

Baylor fans are fare-weathered fans. When teams are winning they are with them all the way. When teams are losing, the fans are no where to be found. Kind of like the leadership and overall culture of the place. They support gushy, positive-spouting stuff, but if you present an issue, watch out.

14 hours per week blocs of 4 to 5 hours per shift. It was part time and I was able to cover for more people during the weekend!

I was set up to fail. Department leadership piled on the work and set infeasible directives for me. On average I worked 50-65 hours per week and usually came in on weekends.
