Certain areas have a very flexible schedule and are allowed to work from home; however, not 100%. 2-3 days a week are allowed to work from home. This is for backroom operations that have no client contact during normal business hours. Others may work from home later in the evenings or weekends to catchup on work that was not accomplished during the day.
