Scheduling sucks, short staffed so you are overworked all the time, sales are shoved down your throat and your job is threatened if you don’t meet what your manager thinks you should..you could literally be great at everything else but because you don’t do the sales part your life is made horrible.
Management and upper management would be the reason to leave!

My interview lasted 30 minutes. Branch Manager asked behavior questions. He was very down to earth. He made me feel comfortable. I asked questions after the interview. I think that impressed him. I asked him what was my chances of getting the job. He said I'm going to be straight forward. Your my lasted interview. And honestly it's between you and one other person. I was offer the job the next day. I started two weeks later. I had to give my other job two weeks notice. I think you should be prepared for your interview. Research the company. (Values and their mission) And asked questions.

I would imagine its dependent on the job you are applying for. If you need to be SAFE certified I believe credit is checked. Meaning if you are planning on doing any loans involving a home, like an equity line or mortgage, I believe the SAFE act of 2008 requires credit to be checked on the loan officer. There are a few states that pulling credit for employment is not allowed, but I'm not sure if it applies to the SAFE Act requirements.
