Corporate and management only care about production numbers. They don't care about the effort you put into actually helping a client unless it boosts your payment or promise to pay stats. I loves my coworkers. We had fun, friendly team competitions to win time off or other prizes. They prefer you not call in sick more than 3 times a year, even with a doctor note, they will write you up. Always adding more workload and changing procedures and policies, but unless you meet their strict goals, forget about pay raise.
