Favoritism is abundant, and the culture is toxic

Unfortunately BB&T's values, and the culture do not match. I was so hopeful when I was hired, but I was warned against accepting a position, and I did not listen. Promotions are given based on favoritism and not on work ethic or skill. Management is not properly trained, and the engagement score in the organization reflects this. Associates are not comfortable, and this is a theme across the organization that has been verified through data.
Good work-life balance and there is a pension
