When a new hire starts employment at BCA a 2 week training period is provided by our Learning and Talent Development team. This 2 week training comprises of hands on training, lectures, visual learning and role playing in order to suit a variety of learning styles. At BCA we believe in open and honest communication, therefore we provide many ways for employees to voice their opinions and concerns such as speaking with our Human Resources department, reporting complaints anonymously through our compliance mailbox or through our suggestion box. If your experience with training, team leads, or managers was not as expected we certainly wish we had received your feedback in order to properly address any issues.
We do agree that the job can be stressful, as all jobs can be. We understand that providing compassion and problem solving abilities coupled with collections is not a job for everyone.
