The floor interview wasn’t challenging, but very intimidating. They give you a couple scenarios/styles and ask you to pick an outfit to go with it. It took about 45 minutes, and the sit down interview was 10-15 minutes long. I didn’t get the job, but a tip is to pretend you aren’t nervous(if you are) and to act as confident as possible with the outfits you pick out, that was something I lacked.
