Training people and motivate them it's one if the weakness along with effectively using the resources within.... Sending random people to locations that they needed more skilled people while the ones requesting the transfer for those positions that are qualified for are denied to go.. make no sense at all... and we see it over and over again...clinicians are send as case managers....time and time again
